Born Between Miami and the South of France

Alors began with a simple observation: some of the best moments in sport happen after the game is over.

The rackets come down. The pace slows. Someone stays for one more conversation, one more drink, one more hour in the sun.

I started calling that moment Après Sport.

The idea took shape somewhere between Miami and the South of France, where vineyards, Mediterranean afternoons, beach clubs and tables of rosé showed me a different rhythm around wine.

Wine without ceremony. Sophistication without heaviness.

And I started wondering what that could look like back home.

Made for the Way We Gather

Back in Miami, the same world kept appearing in different places.

A padel match that turns into drinks. Tennis followed by an afternoon that nobody wants to end. A round of golf with something cold in the cart. A day on the boat. An afternoon by the pool.

Different settings, but the same spirit: active, social, outdoors, and never in too much of a hurry.

Wine belonged in that world. The traditional bottle didn't always.

So I started asking what wine might look like if it were made for it.

Something cold and lively that still felt unmistakably like wine, in a can that could go where the afternoon did.

That question became Alors.

A Different Kind of Rosé

At its heart is French rosé — dry, crisp and chosen because the wine itself matters.

I add bubbles for a little movement and celebration, with a small, deliberate amount of sodium and magnesium electrolytes to round out the wine.

Rosé. Bubbles. Electrolytes.

Wine that still feels like wine, made for a more active, contemporary way of gathering.

The World of Alors

Après Sport may have started on the court, but the world of Alors doesn't end there.

It's the golf cart between holes. The table after the match. The boat on a Saturday afternoon. The pool when playing anything at all sounds like too much work.

Sometimes you've played. Sometimes you've simply chosen the afternoon instead.

What connects it all is the same feeling: good people, somewhere beautiful, and no particular reason to rush to whatever comes next.

Born on a padel court in Miami and drawn from the South of France, Alors was made for that world.

The game ends. The moment doesn't.
